Two Credos and a Creed
It All Begins Here
Posted on Facebook 11 August 2026, lightly edited 24 August.
I've been made aware that my candidacy for Texas Agriculture Commissioner may have to end. If I'm formally notified or served with something I will definitely announce it and comply with the law.
I have to admit that when the President announced that they were going to go all out on countering Antifa, I thought it was a joke. I thought Presidential Memorandum NSPM-7 was some overly broad, unenforceable nonsense.
And that yokel claims that Democrats are left wing extremist communists.
I thought the Prez was a joke until some people with Antifa in Texas were convicted of various crimes.
I no longer believe the President and his regime are a joke, other than a bad one.
The Regime claims that Antifa is using Cuban communism as a model to lure in unsuspecting Americans. I laughed at that. What are we supposed to do? Run videos of Fidel Castro's four and a half hour speech before the United Nations in 1960 as inspiration? I don't think so.
But after writing this missive and looking at how incredibly long it is, maybe Comrade Fidel is channeling his indefatigable speech making through me! Be forewarned!
There's a Spook A' Hauntin' Texas
(A spook is somebody black, like me.)
I will be forthright. I am a non-marxist communist. My communist views stem from when I was slowly but surely indoctrinated as a child on a weekly basis. I was radicalized and I never recovered.
To this day I follow the teachings of a crazed Middle Eastern guru. He was a former construction foreman whose teachings were at such variance with accepted social norms that the government chose to put him to death.
I also have a card in my wallet from CPUSA, Communist Party of the United States. I carry it around as a souvenir. That card and about $4.25 will get you a vente drink at coffee monopoly.
I liked my communist cell because we met on Sundays for lunch after church. We've shrunk quite a bit and we haven't had lunch together in a couple of years or more.
So it's kinda just me and y'all on the internet, issuing agitprop, and trying to undermine all that's considered good and wholesome by the establishment.
If I'm detained by ICE and forced to testify, then I'll defend the Democratic Party. They aren't socialists, and they sure as heck ain't no communists.
I do want to overthrow the government. I have encouraged people to overthrow the government when I was a Democrat. I have encouraged people to overthrow the government when I was a Republican. And I encourage people to overthrow the government now that I'm a Green. Whether I'm on the ballot or not, I encourage people to vote for whomever they want, November 3, 2026 and in the future.
"By any means necessary," includes open, peaceful, democratic, and transparent means as well.

At this point I wish to mention and emphasize the non-violent nature of my campaign and my Antifa activities.

My Creed
First, do no harm.
Then, attempt to do some good.
I'm opposed to killing people.
I'm opposed to threatening to kill people.
I'm opposed to doing violence against people.
I'm opposed to threatening to do violence against people.
I'm opposed to the death penalty.
I'm opposed to the current wars that the United States is waging across the entire world.
I'm opposed to all wars.
I make no apologies or express support for dictators.
I'm angrily opposed to individuals, groups, political parties, religions, philosophies, or ideologies that promote violence, sadism, or the killing or harming of any of the children of humanity, or the destruction of creation.
I demand ethical behavior and transparency by and from all levels of government and the state. Government is every hard, tangible, written law, rule, and every formal, temporary or standing institution created by or allowed by law.
The state is the cultural set of assumptions and institutions that surround and animate the government. The state is bunches of hopes, ideals, dreams, and useful assumptions. Its flags, phrases, home, friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers. The state is the relationship between two or more people.
People don't believe in the government, they believe in the state. Without those written and unwritten ideas that aren't really laws or constitutional cornerstones, then the government is nothing but dry, dead bones.
I work towards a world where everyone can live, long, healthy, lives with justice tempered by mercy, wherein we'll have full and robust human rights not only on paper but in fact. We should be able to exercise those rights immediately, whenever needed or wanted.
If it requires a boatload of cash, a phalanx of lawyers, and years in court to guarantee our rights then our rights don't really exist.
I think there's only one law and every other rule stems from that. I can say it standing on one leg.
Love your neighbor as you would love yourself. And love yourself a whole lot!

I make no connection between the potential removal of both the Green Party candidate, (me), and the Republican Party candidate from the slate that people can vote for as Texas Agriculture Commissioner.
Triggering this potential dual action removal will leave only the Democratic Party candidate and the Libertarian candidates to vote for. I don't know exactly who paid the Libertarian's candidate's filing fee of $3750.00. This time, I paid my filing fee.
When I ran for Texas Land Commissioner I lucked out and paid nothing.
I also make no connection between any Antifa concerns and my potential US citizenship situation.
When I was a child some people told/asked me "Why don't you people go back to where you came from." Since then I've always identified with immigrants both documented and undocumented, perhaps more than they'll ever know.
Also, when I was a child it was unnecessary to prove US citizenship to get a Social Security number and card. The US citizenship b.s. only came later. My parents got a card for me.
I haven't found it necessary to go through the citizenship naturalization process. I voted many times. I've run for public office several times. Despite having changed my name a few times I've never had a problem regarding citizenship. I haven't been in trouble with the law for many years so I think I can claim good moral character.
I've sworn allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. As a government worker, despite my belief that we need to replace the US Constitution, I've sworn defend and uphold the Constitution. It's still law of the land.
I believe that I'm a US citizen.

What Do You See?
It All Begins Here
Posted on Facebook 23 August 2026, lightly edited 24 August
I think my country of choice is in the midst of a vast and deep constitutional crisis.
Am I Crazy? What Do You See?
What is it called when a corrupt group uses their money, political connections, political appointees, the threat of blackmail, SLAPP suits, disables all internal law enforcement, engages in seemingly endless legal delays to steal money for more power, and irresponsible power for more money, than ever seen in modern history?
The United States Department of Justice has not only been disabled; it's been turned against everyone in America. The area of government that could investigate and prosecute official corruption has been turned into a vehicle of corruption.
I call what the Prez, his family, his cronies, his businesses and organizations, and his family's organizations as being subject to laws against Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO.)
I've contacted about 15 different lawyers and law firms in relation to the above.
The early ones were Qui Tam or Lincoln Law attorneys.
A Qui Tam lawsuit allows people to sue on behalf of the federal government when the government has been ripped off by individuals. The person suing doesn't need to have legal standing—i.e., personal injury—to file a Qui Tam lawsuit.
Qui Tam attorneys usually deal with healthcare fraud and things which are quite egregious and easy to prove. Even then, Qui Tam lawyers have to borrow money to pay their bills while fighting through filings and appeals.
It's Crazy, Right?
The search for an attorney has been quite arduous. It's difficult to get even a minor league conversation just to bring up the general ideas related to fighting corruption created by the 45/47 Chief Executive.
I determined that an outright Qui Tam filing wouldn't work. I need to show individual injury and even continuing injury.
I found what I believe is razor-thin but legitimate, personal and continuing injury from 45/47. I also found an attorney who listened to me about the official corruption and more.
He said he'd write it up and shop it around to attorneys in that area of practice.
But there's a big hurdle before some other lawyers file anything. I don't live in a place where such a lawsuit against corruption can be filed in have even the most remote possibility of not being immediately dismissed or ruled against with impunity. I live in Texas.
I haven't heard from my attorney friend since. It's out there. I'm out there.
My Crazy Advantage
Filing a lawsuit which is directly aimed against an international sex trafficker, pardon seller, war criminal, war profiteer, money launderer, and the most corrupt individual in modern history is a dangerous proposition for anyone.
As an illegal alien I have a lot to lose. But I think it's necessary. I feel that fighting a thief and mass murderer at the highest level in the land is worth it whether I get thrown out of the only country I've known or not.
I fight violence, sadism, and corruption not because I will win but because those things exist.
Antifa only exists when fascism is active. When fascism doesn't exist, or fascism isn't around, then Antifa doesn't exist.
Waiting on the Democrats to do the right thing is fine for others. I'm not holding my breath expecting the Democrats to oppose the Endless War.
Have any of you out there in the real world, with the normies, seen any major moves by the lead Democrats towards peace and getting the United States out of the Middle East?
Have y'all heard about the lead Democrats stopping aggression against Iran, Russia, and China?
Lawyers are the Samurai, the warrior class of American society. They know everything about argumentation, Court fighting, assessing which battles are winnable, which battles would be pyrrhic victory, which battles are within the budget of the person or people who want to file suits, and what's in their own best business interests.
I think part of the problem in recruiting an attorney is that their job is frequently pulling someone's fat out of the fire. They not used to someone consulting them to avoid problems.
So other people get counsel after they commit their crimes, like marriage.
I prefer to consult counsel before committing my crimes.
So lawyers generally don't fight battles or wage wars unless they're certain to win.
You know what that makes most lawyers in my book? They're a bunch of cowards.
They're a bunch of freaking cowards!
If I was fighting for just me or just money, power, and sex, I'd still be a Republican or a Democrat.
I believe I'm fighting for everyone. I believe our cause is just.

I'm just an Antifa advanceman. I was told to book the location for Commandante Pi's visit by my supervisor. I haven't even seen the official memorandum yet.
Our advantage is peaceful, non-violent action. The state has a monopoly on legalized violence. We, the people, can operate with far more latitude and longitude within peace, without violence or threatening violence. We don't really have weapons or need them. We have tools.
I choose the first-line tools of Existentialism, Absurdism, and Dadaism.
Mentioning those tools to a few people online scared the sh*t out of them, so I think I'm on the right track.
I keep in reserve Surrealism, Pragmatism, and the Pre-Raphaelites.
I don't believe that the establishment will expect Dada in response to their violations of society. I can replenish and reload with other philosophies, art movements, techniques, and styles.
I have an advantage that lawyers and the hardcore establishment are missing. They're on uncertain terrain, without a clarity of themselves, of their opponents, or their goals.
No violence, no threats of violence, no killing people, no threatening to kill people, no property damage, no robbing banks. I think the better revolutionaries pay their bills as best they can. I think the tools of peace will scare the sh*t out of the establishment.
I'm missing something that lawyers and elite members of the establishment frequently have. I now realize is that my piece isn't missing. It's not supposed to be there. It's sanity!
See you at Bohemeos!
